Game and Simulation Development: Graphics, AAS

Are you an artist with a passion for video games? Our game and simulation graphics degree will give you the skills and experience you need to turn your passion into a career. Our curriculum is designed to help you develop your artistic talents and turn them into a professional asset.

You will learn about game design, animation, 3D modeling, illustration, and more, using industry-standard software and tools from Autodesk, Adobe, and Unreal Engine. You will work on a variety of projects, both individually and in teams, and have the opportunity to develop a portfolio that showcases your unique style and skills.

Our experienced faculty will guide you through the process, providing mentorship and feedback to help you grow as an artist. With our hands-on approach to learning, you will work with a team of fellow classmates to design, develop, and publish your own games. Our expert faculty will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need for a fulfilling and rewarding career creating characters, environments, and animations in the gaming industry.

Marketable skills for this award include: computer skills + typing, creativity, critical thinking, detail-oriented, problem solving and technical skills.

Every Associate of Applied Science degree plan must contain at least 15 semester hours of general education courses.
