The Ammonia Refrigeration Program prepares students for careers as industrial refrigeration operators, equipping them with the knowledge and hands-on experience necessary to manage large-scale refrigeration systems used in food processing, cold storage, and manufacturing industries. Students gain expertise in ammonia refrigeration principles, system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting – critical skills for ensuring the efficiency and safety of refrigeration plants.
