MUAP 1169 - Piano

Lab Hours: 0
(Music majors or electives with little or no piano experience should enroll in piano class.) Enables the student, for a major or concentration, to develop technical capabilities to a high degree as well as become well acquainted with repertoire from the Baroque period to the present day. Develops fluency in reading at the keyboard and a knowledge of some technical and theoretical fundamentals at the instrument for minors. Organ Prerequisite: Piano experience AND permission from professor.
