MUSI 2311 - Music Theory III

Advanced harmony voice leading, score analysis and writing of more advanced tonal harmony including chromaticism and extended-tertian structures. Optional correlated study at the keyboard. Required of music and fine arts music majors. Students are strongly encouraged to take this course concurrently with MUSI 2116 .
Prerequisite: MUSI 1312 with a grade of “C” or better
