A Kinesiology AS degree prepares you to enter a variety of fields associated with sports, exercise sciences, physical education, wellness, personal training, sports management and/or motor development/training.
Begin your academic journey with us and work with some of the best in the business. In our close-knit classroom environment, our professors give you expert instruction and training to help you pursue your career in corporate, community and educational settings.

After graduation, you will be well-prepared to continue your education at any four-year institution for a baccalaureate or higher degree to prepare you for a career in coaching, exercise physiology, biomechanics, sport psychology, sport sociology, wellness, personal training, physical therapy or other related fields.

At TJC we will provide you with the expertise you will need in order to prepare for a successful career in the broad kinesiology field.

Marketable skills for this award include: customer service, meeting deadlines, problem solving, self-starter, strong work ethic and verbal communication skills.
