The Associate of Science (A.S.) in Science is designed for students with a science-related major that does not match the coursework required for the A.S. in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics. This major would be suitable for students interested in health professions that require an advanced degree such as pharmacy, physical therapy and physician assistant, as well as students interested in environmental science.

Marketable skills for this award include: analytical/quantitative skills, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, team work, technical skills, and time management.
